We currently serve customers in the United States. Mural shipping is free, and US shipping is included in the price of each material sample.
Mural preparation and delivery
Production and dispatch preparation take 1–3 business days for a completed, paid order with its final artwork crop approval recorded. FedEx delivery is estimated at 2–5 business days after dispatch. Preparation and transit are separate stages; these estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date.
For standard orders, your recorded final crop approval is used for production. Irreversible production steps do not begin before the first-hour cancellation window has ended. If your order involves additional custom design work, contact us about its individual workflow.
Samples
Samples cost $14.90 per material, with US shipping included. Mural delivery estimates do not automatically apply to samples. Contact us if you need sample timing before ordering.
Address questions
Before ordering to Alaska, Hawaii, a US territory, a PO box or a military address, contact help@marseladesign.com so we can confirm whether delivery is available for that address.
