Returns and exchanges

Contact help@marseladesign.com with your order details within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. This is the request deadline; the returned item does not have to reach us within those 7 days. Products must be unused and uncut. This condition does not exclude support for damage that occurred during delivery.

We pay return shipping for items delivered damaged. The buyer pays return shipping for a normal return. There are no deductions or restocking fees. We issue the refund within 5 business days after the returned product reaches us. The time your bank takes to display the refund is separate from our processing time.

Your final crop approval does not remove your return or exchange rights. For delivery damage, please include your order details and, if available, photos of the damaged area, packaging and FedEx label.

Cancellations

You may cancel within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing help@marseladesign.com. The time your request is received determines whether it is within the window, even if our team reads it later. Requests made after the first hour are considered individually. This cancellation window is separate from the 7-day return and exchange request period after delivery.
