Your mural arrives in numbered panels. Follow the instructions for your chosen material and check the complete mural before applying it.
Prepare your wall
The surface must be clean, dry, smooth and sound. Peel & Stick is not recommended for noticeably textured walls. Allow fresh paint to cure according to the paint manufacturer's guidance and the instructions for your wallpaper material. Textured wallpaper does not guarantee that deep wall defects will be hidden.
Check and arrange the panels
Lay out all panels in number order and check the design continuation before installation. Each panel covers a net width of up to 40 inches (101.6 cm). The 0.5-inch (1.27 cm) overlap is additional to that net coverage, so a physically printed panel may be wider.
Use the correct seam method
Traditional Smooth, Traditional Textured and Peel & Stick Fabric are suitable for double cutting when installed with the appropriate method. Double cutting is not recommended for Peel & Stick Smooth vinyl; use the overlap method described in its installation instructions. Seam appearance depends on the material, wall and installation.
Trim doors, windows, slopes and outlets on the wall during installation. Protect the wall surface beneath any cuts. For material-specific help, email help@marseladesign.com.
